Shipping Information
Due to certain items (aerosol spray or liquid cleaners) within the the HeBGB Cleaning Kit, we are required to ship our product to you using ground service. We use the USPS as our preferred shipping provider. We only ship within the United States. If you need expedited shipping please contact us at sales@hebgbcleaningkit.com prior to purchase and we will share additional shipping options.
Return Policy
Please email us at sales@hebgbcleaningkit.com for return authorization. You must have authorization prior to our acceptance of return items. Please note you may be responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. You will have 14 days from the date you received the product to return items. All returned items must be returned in saleable condition.
Order Status
You will receive emails from PayPal and WooCommerce providing order status information. Our shipping department will provide tracking information on request and normally ships all orders within 24 hours of purchase. For more information please contact us at sales@hebgbcleaningkit.com.
Sales Tax
Texas imposes a 6.25 percent state sales tax on Internet sales for customers located in Texas. Texas sales tax will be added to your cart for customers with a Texas shipping address.

Payment for the HeBGB Cleaning Kit will be made to SOZ Enterprises, LLC from PayPal. HeBGB Kit will appear on credit card statements.
